?❤️? Finally we have a date to reopen!!! Appointments will be from 6th July for all Hair Services and will be sent out to you by the end of the week. Once I have worked my way through the waiting list, I will open the website up to take July bookings (currently can only make appointments online from 1st August) Please see a couple of notes below as to how things may differ in salon…
? Currently, we are allowed to open for hair clients, but unfortunately Beauty Services (inc nails) have still not been given the green light. Once we have a date for Chloe coming back we will of course let you know.
? All staff will be wearing a face visor and although not compulsory, as a salon we feel it best for all staff and clients to also wear a mask.
? We will be sticking to social distancing and maintaining two metres between clients where possible, or at least one metre if not. We will be implementing a screen at the reception, only having one client at the backwash at any one time and using disposable PPE. The salon will have an intense clean on 4th July and all hand sanitiser will be provided
? Unfortunately we cannot provide any beverages at this time and ask you not to bring any food in to the salon. We also ask you to bring as few items along as possible and to come alone
? We ask you to wait outside the salon until you are called in as we plan to use a one-in-one-out policy
? We will waiver cancellation fees for those having to self isolate due to new covid 19 symptoms and do our best to rearrange the appointment for after the 14 days isolation period.
? We will not be taking walk in’s only services by appointment
? We will be offering all hair services, there are no restrictions on hairdryers
? Everybody that has been asked to be added to the waiting list (sorry I have not had chance to respond to you all personally, do rest assured that you are on the list though) will receive an appointment for July by the end of this week. Appointments for Aug 1st onwards can be booked via our website (see below). If we have your email address on our system then you will receive an appointment confirmation, including our new salon procedures. If not, I will contact you directly with your appointment via the method you contacted us.
? We ask for you not to come in to the salon to book appointments. Although you can call, the best way to book is on our new website www.elentihairandbeauty.co.uk Click on the ‘book now’ tab, then register with your details (you will only have to do this once and all details are confidential and only saved on your personal client record). Once this is done, please sign in and complete your medical questionnaire. Once this has been completed you will be able to log in here at any time in the future to create or amend your appointments – you can even select your desired stylist. I would 100% recommend that you opt in to our email marketing option, not only for future offers, but for appointment confirmation and reminders and ongoing updates
? Leah has decided not to return after lockdown, as she is focusing on her other ventures. We will miss her greatly and wish her the best of luck. We have now filled that post with our newest member of the team, Jane Mott. A post will go out shortly introducing Jane, but in the meantime I am sure you will all join us in welcoming her to the team.
