The time has come where we sadly have to increase our prices. Unfortunately, what with increased supplier cost, crazy energy bills and soon to be cost of living wage increase, we have no choice but to reflect it in our prices. We know times are equally as hard for all of you, so we apologise for this added pressure. Do reach out if you are struggling in any way xx
We are aware that people are enjoying booking via our website, which we love to hear. Sadly, there are the few that do book/double book then do not show for their appointment, which of course has a negative knock on effect. Therefore we have decided to setup online payments, where you can securely pay 50% of your service upfront, upon booking online. The remaining 50% of the service can be paid in salon on the day of your appointment. For any no shows/late cancellations, the standard rules/forfeit of monies will apply.
Thank you to everybody for being so patient over the last month, it has been a very busy and strange time, but we are starting to see signs of the crazy demand slowing down and regulars now able to book in without a number of weeks wait.
The girls have all been amazing and I couldn’t have asked for more, so thank you ladies Michelle, Rosie, Lucy & Chloe ❤️
Also a big thank you to Jane Mott who has been great at standing in as our master stylist over the last number of weeks, she has been a great help and a fun presence within the salon. It is Jane’s last week at Elenti and i’m sure you will join us in wishing her well for the future.
Due to the unpredictable circumstances in recent months, along with other unplanned factors, we are having to revise our opening hours in going forward (commencing Mon 31st August). We have tried to keep the hours as varied as possible to suit you all, but we have had to lose one of our late evenings.
We hope you can understand the need for this and continue to support us in the way you do
