If you need to cancel, please give us a call to ensure the message has come through to us. Please DO NOT text, email or put a message on social media, otherwise your appointment will not be cancelled, and you will likely still be charged.

To facilitate the smooth operation of our salon and meet the needs of all clients, we have established the following

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS made within 24 to 48 hours’ notice will incur a £30 fee or 50% of service cost (whichever is greater). Any service with less than 24 hours notice or NO SHOWS will pay 100% of the service cost. This fee compensates our stylists for their time and covers costs associated with the reserved appointment slot

LATE ARRIVALS more than 5 minutes late, may need to have the service adjusted, to fit the remaining time. Full service cost will be charged

DEPOSITS (non-refundable, but redeemed at service) required for new clients & larger appointments to secure their booking.

EMERGENCY EXCEPTIONS (salon discretion) exempted. Notify us promptly to consider waiving cancellation fee

REOCCURING ISSUES with frequent late cancellations or no-shows, may be asked to prepay for future appointments.

PATCH tests are mandatory and must be conducted 48 hours before any scheduled service. Additionally, they should be repeated every six months, with a re-test required sooner if there is a change in circumstances or colour required. It is incumbent upon the client to ensure that a PATCH test has been conducted at Elenti in a timely manner before any upcoming appointments. These appointments include (but are not limited to) Skin or hair tints, lash glue, lash lifts or brow laminations. If you are unsure, it is always worth messaging us to double check. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in forfeiture of your appointment, with the full cost remaining applicable.
